Xinpu Chemical Phase 2 Desulfurization Device Passed 168h Performance Test

Recently, the technical transformation project of the second-phase desulfurization unit of Xinpu Chemical (Taixing) Co., Ltd. constructed by our company successfully passed the 168h performance test.

This project is to build a new desulfurization tower for a 1 × 440t / h circulating fluidized bed boiler with our Ultrasound-enhanced So2 and Particulate Control Technology. The desulfurization tower has a diameter of 11 meters and the processing flue gas volume is 700,000 Nm3 / h. The inlet sulfur dioxide concentration is less than 1,800mg / Nm3, the SO2 concentration of flue gas after desulfurization is less than 35 mg / Nm3 (standard, dry basis, 6% oxygen), and the dust concentration is less than 5mg / Nm3 (standard, dry basis, 6% oxygen, When the dust concentration at the inlet of the desulfurization tower is ≤20mg / Nm3). This project started adjusting on April 6, 2019. On April 25 it started operation with flue gas. On June 5 it successfully passed 168h performance test. The device operated under different loads from 50%-100% during the whole test process. The device runs stably and all data meet the national ultra-low emission technical requirements. All the flue gas emission data are better than designed and fully meets the national ultra-low emission standard. The passing of 168h performance test marks the handover of the whole project to the owner and the start of warranty period.
