| JNG was founded in 1991. In the beginning era, Zhenjiang Jiangnan Magnetic Separation Equipment Factory was established in February 1993 to develop and produce various power station auxiliary machines. In 1998, the Institute of Ammonia Desulfurization Technology was established, and since then JNG has entered the environmental protection industry. In October 2006, JNG was relocated from Zhenjiang to Nanjing, an ancient capital of six dynasties in the Chinese history, and started the first rapid development phase since then. |
| After more than 30 years of development, JNG has now become a leading enterprise in the global ammonia-based desulfurization and decarbonization industry, accounting for 80% of global ammonia-based desulfurization market and 90% in large-scale plants. JNG’s strong R&D capabilities are demonstrated through establishment of research institute, design institute, and the operation company with the completed R&D system. Has successfully solved world-class major technical problems such as aerosol, ammonia slip, saturated crystallization inside the tower and now possess a number of core patents for ammonia based desulfurization and decarbonization. | JNG China Headquarters is located in Nanjing, Jiangsu, with the floor area of 50,000 square meters. The R & D and production base is located in Gaochun Economic Development Zone, Nanjing, with the land area of 200 acres, and is mainly engaged in the research and development, design, production and installation for JNG proprietary components and equipment. |
In August 2022, China Electricity Council (CEC) organized an appraisal meeting, led by two academicians and seven authoritative experts from the industries, to assess the integrated ammonia-based desulfurization and decarbonization technology of JNG。 The appraisal committee unanimously agreed that "this Technology is world-leading and is recommended to be fully promoted into commercial practice, which will surely provide strong technical support for China’s carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals ". JNG will continue to take technology innovation as the engine, to thoroughly develop the world's leading integrated green industrial value chain of desulfurization and decarbonization, and to realize the company's second take-off in corporate expansion. |
