| Our company constructed the CN00C Dongying Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. 2 million tons/year catalytic cracking unit. The 'Integrated Flue Gas Treatment Technology (IFGT)' was used to treat the FCC flue gas and was put into operation in October 2017. After the project is run, the concentration of FCC flue gas, dust, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen oxide emissions from the main air pollutants of the catalytic device is not more than 20 mg/Nm3, 100 mg/Nm3, and 200 mg/Nm3, respectively, which is better than the national emission standard, and there is no salty wastewater discharged, SO2 in the flue gas are all converted into ammonium sulfate fertilizer for sales. |

| JNEP signed a technical contract with Shandong Yuhuang Shengshi Chemical Co., Ltd. for the 600000 T / a MCC flue gas desulfurization and dust removal project.The project is equipped with bag filter (including ash conveying system)and ammonia based desulfurization system. The treated flue gas is discharged through the straight stack on the top of the absorber (the height of outlet is 70m). Desulfurization absorbent absorbs SO2 in tail gas to form ammonium sulfate solution, which is sent to evaporation crystallization system for further concentration after oxidation and concentration to form ammonium sulfate slurry. Ammonium sulfate slurry produces ammonium sulfate wet material after swirling and centrifugation. After desulfurization, the concentration of SO2 in the treated flue gas is ≤ 50mg / Nm3, and the desulfurization efficiency is not less than 98.1%, which meets the national standard emission standard of pollutants for petroleum refining industry (GB 31570-2015). |
