Sinopec Qilu Branch Thermal Power Plant Boiler 1-8# Flue Gas Desulfurization Project |
Sinopec Qilu Branch Thermal Power Plant 1-4# 4¡Á410t/h boilers adopt ammonia based desulfurization technology and is equipped with 2 absorbers. Each 2 boiler is equipped with one absorber. The clean gas is discharged from the top of the absorber. The 5-8# 4¡Á410t/h boilers are equipped woth 4 absorbers, 1 absorber for each boiler and the clean gas is discharged from the top of the absorber. All absorber adopts JNEP' s independently developed integrated desulfurization and dust removal ultra-low emission technology. The sulfur dioxide at the outlet is not higher than 35mg / Nm3 , and the total dust at the flue gas outlet is not higher than 5mg / Nm3 (when the dust content at the inlet of absorber is less than 20mg / Nm3). After the implementation of the project, all the emission can meet the ultra-low emission standards. |

Inlet of absorber: actual flue gas volume is 809000Nm3 / h, sulfur dioxide content is 4813mg / Nm3; Under the design conditions, the SO2 emission concentration at the outlet of the absorber is ¡Ü 35mg / Nm3, the flue gas dust concentration is ¡Ü 5mg / Nm3, and the desulfurization efficiency is not less than 99.3%, which meets the ultra-low emission standard. |

Xinjiang xinlianxin Energy Chemical Co., ltd. 4x180t/h boiler is equipped with 2 absorbers, 1 absorber for each two boilers. Every absorber can treat flue gas of two boilers and was equipped with one set of ammonia sulfate system. Under the design condition, SO2 ¡Ü 35mg/Nm3 (standard, dry basis, 6% oxygen) and dust content ¡Ü 5mg/Nm3 (standard, dry basis, 6% oxygen) (inlet smoke concentration is not higher than 30 mg/nm3) at the outlet of the absorber, which fully meets the requirements for ultra-low emission of flue gas. |
