| He has more than 30 years of management experience in safety production and engineering management of large chemical enterprises, and is a senior expert in the field of coal chemical safety production. |
| Before joining the company, he worked in Yankuang Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. from 1991 to 2011, he successively served as the station director, director of mechanical and electrical engineering, assistant director, deputy director of production and capital construction of Yankuang Lu‘nan Chemical fertilizer plant, general manager of Yankuang Coal Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd., and he was mainly engaged in chemical engineering, mechanical and electrical equipment management of fertilizer enterprises, and production organization of chemical enterprises. From 2005 to 2008, he was responsible for leading and organizing the construction of the key project "a large sewage treatment plant with an annual output of 240,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 400,000 tons of urea and 12,000 cubic meters of ammonia nitrogen wastewater per day" approved by the National Development and Reform Commission. |
