| Mr. He, Xifu has 27 years of experience in chemical engineering technology and project management. He is a senior expert in the field of chemical technology. He previously worked for Chongqing Chuanwei Chemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the world's top 500 company Sinopec Group, and held leadership positions in the production and technology departments. He has in-depth research on methanol and liquid ammonia production technologies in the natural gas chemical industry. |
| Mr. He, Xifu has successively engaged in scientific and technological progress, chemical engineering production management, project management, etc., and has participated in the training course at Germany LURGI Company and British JM Company. He also participated in the United States Project Management Association PMP training who possess rich and international chemical engineering technology, production and engineering management experience. |
| He has won the advanced personal title granted by Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology Association for two times and has repeatedly won internal science and technology progress awards from Sinopec and the company. |
