JNG China won the bid for "Desulfurization EPC Project of Cogeneration Program at Shanxi Eco-industrial Park for Synthetic Biology"! The capacity of this project is designed to be 6×800t/h. It adopts flue gas desulfurization for a high-temperature and ultra-high-pressure boiler, which mainly provides supporting environmental protection services for the synthetic bio-cogeneration project. It is currently the ammonia-based desulfurization project with the largest capacity of a single boiler undertaken by JNG China after the one it did for Shenhua Ningxia Coal Group which provided its coal-to-oil program with an ammonia-based desulfurization capacity of 10 × 640 t/h. Under the design conditions, the desulfurization efficiency is as high as 99.8%, the sulfur dioxide concentration at the desulfurization outlet is lower than or equal to 10mg/Nm³, and the dust concentration is lower than or equal to 5mg/Nm³, far exceeding the national ultra-low emission requirements. At the same time, it is equipped with a by-product treatment system, with an annual output of 295,000 tons of ammonium sulfate, which can turn waste into treasure with considerable economic benefits.
