JNG’s CCU Technology Delivers Solutions for Global Carbon Capture Mission

JNG | 8 September, 2025

From September 2nd to 3rd, the 2025 Carbon Capture Global Summit was successfully held in London, UK. Luo Jing, Chairman of JNG China and Xu Ya, Assistant of JNG’s Chairman led a team to attend the conference. At the summit, we presented and explained our independently developed, globally leading ammonia-based desulfurization and decarbonization with carbon-sulfur-based enhanced-efficiency fertilizer production technology (CCU), providing a Chinese solution for global carbon emission reduction and receiving high recognition from participants from all over the world.

This event attracted over 1,200 policy makers, energy company executives, technological pioneers, investment institutions and industry chain representatives from different counties and regions, including government agencies and energy giants from UK, Germany, Norway, etc. The participants focused on policy frameworks, investment paths and emerging market opportunities, deeply discussing the global energy transition and technological innovation trends, and particularly addressing how to tackle the long-term challenges faced by CCUS technology, such as high investment, high operating costs and difficulties in sealing. JNG, as the sole Chinese representative at the summit, and the only enterprise that differs from numerous oil-drilling and sealing technology routes, providing low-cost carbon capture and the industrialization plan for by-product carbon sulfur-based enhanced-efficiency fertilizer, became the focus of the entire event.

Todd Leyland, the strategic advisor of the Saudi Electricity Procurement Company, showed great interest in our company's CCU technology. After the exchange at the meeting, he officially invited our side to attend the "London Energy Nexus Forum" executive closed-door meeting hosted by his company on September 4th. They will further discuss the application of our company's CCU technology in Saudi Arabia's energy transformation and carbon reduction efforts, and plan to visit our company in October for a exchange.

Our company also held fruitful exchanges with government officials from countries such as UK, USA, Germany, Denmark, Norway, and Brazil, as well as energy giants like RWE Group, Shell, Harper Energy, Stockholm Energy, Thailand National Petroleum Company, etc. We also interacted with inspection and certification institutions such as Low Carbon Contract Company and Bureau Veritas International Inspection Group, as well as other industry associations and research institutions. They highly praised our company's practical achievements in carbon capture technology innovation, unanimously recognized that our CCU technology route effectively solved the bottlenecks faced by CCUS technology, truly achieving the goals of turning waste into treasure and green low-carbon development, and expressed their willingness to deepen cooperation after the meeting.

The representative of JNG’s international department took the stage at this summit and presented innovative advantages of our CCU technology, industrialization cases and green circular industrial chain to the participants from all over the world. The guests listened attentively, took photos from time to time. After the speech, they actively interacted with our team and sought further cooperation opportunities.

This summit is JNG’s once again significant presence in the international carbon capture field following the participation in the Carbon Capture Europe Summit 2025 in April and the Carbon Capture APAC Summit in July this year. We will take this summit as a strategic opportunity to deepen international cooperation and exchanges, expand its overseas market layout, and contribute Chinese wisdom and practical solutions to the global carbon reduction mission.
