Recently, our company has won the bid of "3×480t/h coal pulverized boiler flue gas ultra-low emission technical transformation project ammonia desulfurization equipment ultra-low emission technical transformation process package" project.

Phase I of China Coal Ordos Energy Chemical Engineering Ltd has an annual output of 1 million tons of synthetic ammonia and 3×480t/h high temperature and high pressure pulverized coal boiler with and 1.75 million tons of urea. Boiler flue gas desulfurization process adopts our company's ammonia desulfurization process technology. The current status of boiler flue gas emission is: NOx emission concentration ≤100mg/Nm3, smoke dust (total particulate matter) emission concentration ≤20mg/Nm3, SO2 emission concentration ≤100mg/Nm3. According to Department of Sustainability and Environment No. 164 [2015] on "printing and issuing the work plan for comprehensively implementing ultra-low emissions and energy-saving transformation of coal-fired power plants, china's coal-fired power plants should strive to achieve ultra-low emissions by 2020, and the western region should complete it by 2020. Therefore, China Coal Ordos Energy Chemical Engineering Ltd plans to carry out technical transformation of ultra-low emission of flue gas for 3×480t/h high-temperature and high-pressure pulverized coal boiler, so as to meet the requirements of ultra-low emission standards: emission of smoke dust (total particulate matter) < 5mg/Nm3, and emission of SO2 < 35mg /Nm3. Winning the bid again this time is the project owner's affirmation of the stable operation and quality service of our original desulfurization device, as well as the recognition of our latest ultrasonic desulfurization and dust removal integration technology.

China Coal Ordos Energy Chemical Engineering Ltd was established on June 8, 2011. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Coal Energy Group Ltd(China Coal Group), a key state-owned enterprise under the management of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. Tuke chemical fertilizer project constructed and operated by the company is a demonstration project for China Coal Group to implement strategic transformation and build a world-class coal chemical engineering enterprise. The project is designed to produce 2 million tons of synthetic ammonia, 3.5 million tons of urea and 200,000 tons of liquefied natural gas with a total investment of 20 billion yuan per year.
