On December 30, JNG organized a journalism conference. Chairman Xu of JNG Group proposed guiding principles for the improvement of the company's current journalism and made a series of important instructions. Luo Jing, President of JNG Group, Wang Pujin, Chairman of JNG stock company, and heads of the Research Institute, Marketing Company and President Office attended the meeting and put forward suggestions.

At the meeting, the chairman pointed out that the general guiding ideology of the company's news coverage should revolve around the promotion of the company's values, attach importance to the inheritance and cultivation of the company's values, give full play to the media’s role of publicity and education, actively release positive information, create a prosperous and progressive atmosphere and scene to help the company develop market and bloom again. The information release work is led by the Planning Department and should be closely cooperated by all departments. It is necessary to timely explore the inspiring highlights in the company's daily work, report the events closely related to employees, mobilize all departments and persist in doing it well. Information release should be implemented with system in place, proper training, active mobilization and be pegged to employee assessment, and should adhere to the "timely, stable, fast" daily information release to truly implement the company's journalism into practice and reflected daily activities.
