Recently, JNG China and Ningbo Jiufeng Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Ningbo Jiufeng) reached a cooperation agreement again and signed the general contract of thermal power CO generation upgrading project (130 + 130) t/h boiler flue gas desulfurization project of Ningbo Jiufeng Thermal Power Co., Ltd.

JNG China and Ningbo Jiufeng started cooperation in 2009. JNG China successively contracted the Ningbo Jiufeng Thermal Power Phase I 3 × 130 t/h boiler flue gas ammonia desulfurization project, Ningbo Jiufeng Thermal Power Phase II 130 t/h + 410 t/h boiler flue gas Ammonia desulfurization project, Ningbo Jiufeng Thermal Power 4 x 130 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler flue gas denitrification project, Ningbo Jiufeng Thermoelectric Boiler flue gas ultra-low emission comprehensive technical transformation project, desulfurization, denitration, dust removal ultra-low emission transformation, and a serious of EPC general contracting projects.

The contracted project is the flue gas desulfurization project of the (130 + 130) th boiler of the upgrading and reconstruction project of cogeneration. As a new 150 t/h boiler is added to the thermal heating boiler system of the project, a set of flue gas desulfurization device is required to be built to deal with the flue gas of the new boiler and the phase I and phase II boilers. The designed flue gas volume of the desulfurization unit is 400,000 Nm3/h (standard state, wet basis, actual oxygen). JNG’s ammonia-based ultrasonic desulfurization, dust removal integrated process and the absorber saturated crystallization process are adopted in this project. The designed desulfurization efficiency is no less than 98.2%, and the net flue gas emission meets the national ultra-low emission standard.

The signing of this project is the full recognition of Ningbo Jiufeng and its holding company for the ultra-low emission technology of JNG’s ammonia-based desulfurization. JNG will use more excellent technology and services to build this project into a benchmarking project and a quality project, giving back to the owners and the society!
