| Jinmei Huayu Ultra-low Emission Transformation 1 # Tower Successfully Passed Performance Test |
The 1 # desulfurization unit of Jinmei Huayu Coal Chemical Co., Ltd.’s 4 × 240t / h coal-fired boiler flue gas desulfurization ultra-low emission transformation project constructed by our company began 168h performance evaluation on November 18, 2019. The desulfurization successfully passed the performance test on November 25. During the performance test, the equipment was safe and reliable with all the data qualified and stable. The outlet of the 1 # desulfurization device has an average SO2 value of 19.2mg / Nm3, dust value of 1.57mg / Nm3, ammonia escape value of 0mg / Nm and fog droplet value of 14.2 mg / Nm3. The emission data fully meets the technical agreement and local environmental protection requirements. The construction fully meets the designed functions and owner’s requirements.
So far, the desulfurization unit is operating normally with stable parameters and better performance data than the requirements of the technical agreement. The flue gas export parameters meet the latest national ultra-low emission requirements and the online data has been uploaded to the local environmental protection administration. The efficient construction and outstanding desulfurization effect have been highly praised by the owner. This project again shows our leading role in the ammonia desulfurization technology.
