Recently, Ruian Huafeng Thermal Power Co., Ltd.'s 2 # 140t / h boiler flue gas desulfurization and dust removal ultra-low emission project constructed by our company successfully passed the 168h performance test.
The project was designed to build one desulfurization tower for each furnace. The construction was completed on December 8, 2018. On April 6, the 2 # tower began 168h performance test and finished the test on April 13th. The test report was submitted to the owner and passed the owner' s review. The device had a stable operation with all the data reached or better than designed during the test. The project used our integrated flue gas treatment technology. The flue gas treatment capacity of 2 # tower is 150,000Nm3 / h and the inlet SO2 concentration is less than 2,500 mg / Nm3, which meets the ultra-low emission requirements. The SO2 emission concentration is ≤35mg / Nm3, the ammonia escape concentration is ≤2 mg / Nm3 and the dust concentration is ≤5 mg / Nm3 under the design conditions. Ruian Huafeng 2 # desulfurization tower successfully passed 168h test marks the finish of the whole Ruian Huafeng project with all the devices transferred to the owner.
