The integrated ammonia desulfurization and dust removal device of Yili Chuanning Biotechnology Co., Ltd.'s 2 * 410t / h + 210t / h circulating fluidized bed boiler constructed by our company to meet the ultra-low emission standards operated with flue gas for the first time in May 2019. The performance test started on July 2019 and the device successfully passed 168h performance test on August 3 2019.

The 1 # desulfurization system is a side-exhaust tower transformed on the bases of the original diameter of 11.5m to meet the ultra-low emission standards. After the transformation, the height of the tower is 43.5m. One set of desulfurization device can achieve a treatment capacity of 2355mg / Nm³ of inlet sulfur dioxide and 720000Nm³ / h of flue gas after the transformation. The performance test shows that all the emission data meets the design and the requirements of the owners to meet the environmental protection standards.

This project is the second cooperation between our company and Kelun Group. Our integrated flue gas treatment technology and the work of our technicians were highly praised by the owners.
