Recently, after fierce competition, with rich construction experience, strong technical force and good reputation project, JNG China successfully won the bid for the " Ammonia Desulfurization Design and Core Equipment Supply for Ningxia Kunpeng Clean Energy Co., Ltd. Power Island Project".
The project plans to build a 3 × 552t / h high-temperature and high-pressure circulating fluidized bed boiler, which adopts ammonia desulfurization process. It requires to design one absorber for one boiler. All together two sets of independent flue gas desulfurization absorption system will be constructed and the designed desulfurization efficiency is no less than 99.6%. The project will be constructed in two phases. In this phase, 2 × 552t / h high-temperature and high-pressure circulating fluidized bed boiler will be constructed. At the same time, ammonia flue gas desulfurization facilities and SNCR/SCR combined flue gas denitrification facilities will be simultaneously constructed.
Ningxia Kunpeng Clean Energy Co., Ltd. was established on November 20, 2018 with a registered capital of RMB 1700 million. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary under the jurisdiction of Ningxia Baoli New Energy Co., Ltd. as well as a key enterprise of high clean energy production in Ningdong base. The business scope of the company includes preparation and construction. The project under construction is an annual output of 400000 tons of coal-to-ethylene glycol project. The Ningdong Investment Co., Ltd. will invest 30% and cooperate with Ningxia Kunpeng clean energy Co., Ltd. to build a clean energy project with a total investment of 4.3 billion yuan. The project adheres to high standard design and high-level construction. It started in March 2019 and will be completed and put into operation in September 2021. After the project reaches the production capacity andeffect, the company will increase the sales revenue by 2.58 billion yuan and the total profit by 780 million yuan every year. |
