JNG China has won the bid of Fujian Tianchen Yaolong 3# desulfurization absorber EPC project which is the second cooperation between our company and Fujian Tianchen Yaolong New Material Co., Ltd.
The 3# desulfurization absorber project of Fujian Tianchen Yaolong new materials Co., Ltd. adopts ammonia desulfurization process to build a new desulfurization absorber. Under the design condition, SO2 in the flue gas after desulfurization is less than 35mg / Nm3 (standard state, dry basis, 6% oxygen), dust content is less than 5 mg/Nm3 (standard state, dry basis, 6% oxygen)(dust content at the inlet of desulfurization absorber on more than 30 mg/Nm3 (standard state, dry basis, 6% oxygen)), the content of smoke droplets is ≤ 50mg / Nm3 (standard state, dry basis, 6% oxygen) and the ammonia slip is ≤ 3 mg/m3. The whole device meets the requirements of safety, environmental protection and industrial hygiene.
Fujian Tianchen Yaolong new materials Co., Ltd. was established in May 2012. It is a state-owned joint venture jointly funded by China Tianchen Engineering Co., Ltd. and Fuzhou Yaolong Chemical Group Co., Ltd. The first phase investment of Tianchen Yaolong is about 4.2 billion Yuan. It is the largest single caprolactam production line in China with a scale of 200,000 tons / year. The project is expected to achieve an annual output value of 4.5 billion Yuan with profits and taxes of more than 550 million Yuan. It aims to build an international new chemical material industrial base on the west coast of the Straits which will play a positive role in promoting the establishment of the west coast of the Straits new material and chemical industrial park as well as the realization of the goal of building a “100 billion Yuan level" industrial park in Jiangyin industrial concentration zone. |
