JNG China won the bid of "Boiler Flue Gas Desulfurization Device for Henan Xinlianxin Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. to Adopt Cleaner Production Technology to Carry out Green Manufacturing Project". This is the fifth cooperation between JNG China and Xinlianxin Group. Both sides actively cooperate in good faith, jointly contributing to China' s environmental protection!
This project is a green manufacturing project of Henan Xinlianxin Chemicals Group Co., Ltd. adopting cleaner production technology. The newly-built 1x220t/h high-temperature and high-pressure pulverized coal boiler in the boiler room is equipped with EPC general contracting project of flue gas ammonia desulfurization device. The desulfurization process adopts ammonia desulfurization, and the ammonium sulfate generated will be crystallized. The flue gas after desulfurization will be discharged through the chimney. Under the design conditions, the SO2 concentration in the flue gas at the outlet of the desulfurization tower is ≤ 15 mg/Nm3, the ammonia escape concentration in the outlet tail gas is ≤ 2.5 mg/Nm3, and the particulate matter concentration at the outlet of the desulfurization tower is ≤ 5 mg/Nm3. The production site is clean and tidy, and no more waste gas, waste water or industrial residue are generated, which is beneficial to enterprise development and environmental improvement.
Henan Xinlianxin Chemicals Group Co., Ltd. was established in 1969 and was transformed from a state-owned enterprise to a private one in 2003. The group has three major production bases in Henan, Xinjiang and Jiangxi, producing urea, compound fertilizer, methanol, melamine, etc. It owns two coal mines and a railway line, and is the largest urea producer in China, with a total production capacity of over 5 million tons of chemical fertilizers and nearly 1.2 million tons of chemical products.
