| No.2 FGD Absorber for Yangzi Petrochemical Thermal Power Plant Was Successfully Capped |
On December 7, 2018, the No.2 FGD absorber of the Yangzi Petrochemical Thermal Power Plant was successfully roof sealed by JNG. The construction started on May 2, 2018 and the roof sealing was completed on December 7, 2018. The absorber adopts JNG’s fourth generation ultrasonic FGD and dust removal technology. The target flue gas volume is 750,000Nm3/h, and the total dust concentration (standard, dry, 6% oxygen) is less than 10mg/Nm3 (when the absorber inlet dust concentration is not higher than 20mg/Nm3). After the FGD renovation, problems including drifting rain, aerosol and ammonia slip can be alleviated, the ammonia recovery rate can be improved, and the SO2 and dust concentration in the flue gas can be greatly reduced to meet the latest ultra-low emission requirements at the national and local level.
The successful capping of the project laid a solid foundation for the successful completion of the project in the future. |
