| Contract Signed with Chongqing Huafeng for the 2*500000 nm3/H Boiler Ultra-Low Emission Project |
Recently, JNG (China) and Huafeng Group once again cooperated and signed a large-scale contract for Chongqing Huafeng Chemical Co., Ltd' s FGD and dust removal ultra-low emission project targeted at its 2*500,000 Nm3/h phase four boilers.
Huafeng Group is a large private joint-stock enterprise mainly engaged in new chemical materials while also involved in metals, finance, logistics and trade. The company has more than 11,000 employees and a total asset of 35.433 billion RMB. It has established production centers in 11 provinces and cities in China, and has two listed companies, three featured financial companies and seven national high-tech enterprises. It is the main producer and seller of polyurethane in China.
JNG and the Huafeng Group started cooperating in 2016, and have finished a series of contracts, including the FGD and dust removal ultra-low emission projects for Ruian Huafeng Thermal Power' s 2*140 t/h boilers and Chongqing Huafeng' s 2*500,000 Nm3/h Boilers for its the adipic acid expansion project (phase two).
The contracted project adopts JNG' s in-absorber cooling crystallization process and two new FGD units will be built. The guaranteed total FGD efficiency at full flue gas volume and full operating time is not less than 99.6%, and the SO2 in the clean flue gas is not higher than 35 mg/Nm3 (standard condition, dry basis, 6% oxygen), and the total dust in the clean flue gas is not high than 5 mg/Nm3 (standard condition, dry, 6% oxygen, when the concentration of flue gas at the inlet of the absorber is not higher than 25 mg/Nm3 )。 Thus, the emission will meet the national ultra-low emission standards. After the FGD units are completed, when combined with the two absorbers for the phase II project, three absorbers will be in operation and one absorber will stand by. They can handle a total of 1,500,000 Nm3/h (standard condition, wet base, actual oxygen) of flue gas for all operating boilers from Phase I to Phase IV. |
