The 1# and 2# desulfurization systems of Xinjiang Meihua Amino Acid Co., Ltd., which were constructed by JNG China, passed the joint acceptance of the expert group of Xinjiang Production and Construction Group, Environmental Protection Agency and Urumqi Environmental Protection Agency on 17th December , 2017. After comparing the on-site data of the third-party testing agency, the environmental protection expert group confirmed that the operation parameters of our desulfurization system were better than the design value, fully meet the requirements of ultra-low emission, and issued the environmental protection acceptance report.
Xinjiang Meihua project is another cooperation between JNG and Meihua group after desulphurization project of Tongliao Meihua East and West zone. This project adopts the EADS technology of JNG, and designs 2 sets of desulfurization absorbers (1 in operation and 1 standby). One single absorber can treat with 3*480 t/h boiler flue gas volume (about 2,190,000 m3/h, working condition, 138°C). During the operation, the outlet SO2 concentration is controlled below 10 mg/Nm3, the total outlet dust content is controlled at 2-3 mg/Nm3, and the outlet ammonia slip is undetected. The above operation parameters are much better than the ultra-low emission design values, which fully reflects the advanced nature of JNG's ammonia-based desulfurization technology. In terms of follow-up operations, JNG will continue to dedicate to the concept of serving customers, do a good job in after-sales service, and enhance owners' brand awareness of JNG. |
